The Pattern of our Aging Species is very similar, It is Our Collected De-Evolution of Movement. Understanding this Pattern will allow you to attack Physiological related issues that arise.  Each one of these Patterns is interconnected and results in certain areas of the body being more susceptible to injury than others.  Understanding this can also allow you to successfully combat these issues once they arise; or hopefully prevent them from happening in the first place
