Del Mar Personal Training Program

At Del Mar Personal Training I specialize in creating customized programs to increase performance and optimize health so You can reach whatever goals you may have.  When you are ready to make a commitment to yourself for the short or long term I am here to help.  Just as no two bodies are the same; no two programs are the same either.  The idea is to tailor a program specifically for You and Your Goals. All of this is accomplished in a private studio that allows for the most efficient, and effective, use of Your Time.

Over the last 15 years I have helped people from over 35 countries from the ages of 14-99 and have completing over 45,000 personal training sessions.  The foundation of the program I can create for You is the result of all these experiences combined with a desire to always increase my knowledge to best serve my clientele.  On that front I have also Authored two separate books- A Theory on Aging: Our De-Evolution of Movement as well as How to Build Your Life for Longevity: Part One adding to my knowledge in order to provide the most comprehensive service possible that maximizes Your Health.

I have dedicated my life to understanding how our bodies move, heal themselves, and perform at their highest level.  Combining multiple exercise philosophies from Resistance Training, Pilares, Yoga and Sports Performance with years of corrective exercise/rehabilitation experience equals a program that can help you discover the best version of yourself.
