At Del Mar Personal Training I specialize in creating customized Programs to optimize performance and health that are built to get you to where you want to be.  When you are ready to make a commitment to yourself, or know a change is needed, I am here to help.  Just as no two bodies are the same; no two programs are the same either.  The idea is to tailor a Program specifically for You and Your Goals. I have a Private 850 sq ft Studio that allows for the most efficient, and effective, use of Your Time.

Over the last 15 years I have helped people from over 35 countries from the ages of 14-99 and have completed over 45,000 personal training sessions.  The foundation of the program I can create for You is the result of all those experiences combined with a desire to always increase my knowledge and discipline in order to best serve my clientele.

I have also Authored two separate books- A Theory on Aging: Our De-Evolution of Movement as well as How to Build Your Life for Longevity: Part One to continue to add to my my knowledge in order to provide the most comprehensive service possible that maximizes Your Health.

I have dedicated my life to understanding how our bodies move, heal themselves, and perform at their highest level.  Combining multiple exercise philosophies from Sports Performance, Movement Analysis, Neuromuscular Power and Connectivity with years of corrective exercise/rehabilitation experience equals a program that can help you discover the best version of yourself.

Offering comprehensive plans covering all aspects of holistic health- From Movement Optimization, implementing and using 'Food as Medicine' principles to create the most sustainable and effective Diet, to comprehensive Soft Tissue and Recovery Methods to increase performance and minimize discomfort.
